False Teeth After Horse Kick in the Mouth

Training horses can be tough at times, especially when your favorite horse kicks you in the mouth and breaks your front teeth. That’s an emergency dental situation with a lot of screaming, and now I need some false teeth. You may not know this, but all dentures are not created equally.  Not even close.  And contrary to popular belief, just because a pair of dentures cost more does not mean they are better.  A great pair of dentures look nice and also made of quality materials.  Can you imagine how miserable it would be to wear ill-fitting oral prosthesis all day?  Or how humiliating it would be to buy dentures and have them fall apart 2 weeks after getting them?  It happens.  Therefore, it is imperative to do some homework before choosing where you are going to get false teeth from. Below are our recommendations:

  1. Check to see what the dentures are constructed out of.
  2. Read third-party reviews from non-biased sites that will not patronize but will be totally transparent and truthful.
  3. It’s a good idea to look into the pricing before you go. Dentures range in price from affordable to a king’s ransom. You should be able to at least have an idea or how much it is to be fitted and how much the dentures will cost.
  4. Find out if your insurance will cover all or part of it. If you don’t have insurance, see if they have a self-pay discount, payment plans, or if they have a dental insurance of their own. The last thing you need when getting dentures is hidden surprises.

If you feel a place is trying to hide things or is leaving things out when you ask direct questions, it should raise a giant red flag.  The good news is that when you do find a place where you can get excellent quality, nice looking dentures for a sweet price, your life will change dramatically.  You no longer have to be embarrassed by your teeth, or lack of them.  You can get false teeth and go about your life with horse training like you used back when you had perfect pearly whites.
